Terms of Use

These terms apply to everything on theundrafted.org, including articles, photo galleries, newsletters and accounts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Undrafted. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

An account is optional for reading. If you create one, keep your details accurate and your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other readers, contributors or the site at risk.

Articles, photographs, graphics and the Undrafted name and logo belong to Undrafted or to the contributors who created them. You are welcome to read, link to and share our stories.

Quoting a short excerpt with credit and a link back is fine. Republishing full articles or photos, scraping the site, or using our content to train commercial AI models requires our written permission.

When you pitch or submit work, you confirm it is your own original work, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the rights to everything in it, including any photos.

You keep ownership of your work. By submitting it for publication, you give Undrafted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, edit for length and clarity, promote and archive it. Payment and any exclusivity for commissioned work are agreed separately in writing.

Do not use Undrafted to harass or impersonate anyone, post unlawful or infringing material, spread malware, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or overload the site with automated requests.

We may remove content or restrict access that breaks these rules.

Stories may link to or embed content from other services, such as videos, social posts and league sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work hard to get things right and correct errors promptly, but Undrafted is provided as is. Scores, statistics, schedules and other information may change or contain mistakes, and nothing on the site is betting, financial or professional advice.

To the extent the law allows, Undrafted and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free to read, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

We may update these terms as the site grows. Material changes are announced in the newsletter and at the top of this page before they take effect. Continuing to use Undrafted after that means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using Undrafted at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
