By using theundrafted.org you agree to these terms. If you are using Undrafted on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for activity under your login.

Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer one.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Undrafted to harass anyone, to post content you do not have the rights to, to scrape the site at volume, or to interfere with how it runs. Specifically:

No automated bulk downloading of articles or photography.
No training machine-learning models on our content without a written licence.
No impersonating contributors, editors or subjects of our coverage.

4. Contributor submissions

Contributors keep copyright in their work. By publishing with us you grant Undrafted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to host, edit, distribute and promote that work, with attribution.

You can republish your own Undrafted work anywhere 30 days after publication, with a link back to the original.

5. Our content & your licence

Undrafted articles, photography, logos and design are protected by copyright and trademark. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link. Anything more needs written permission.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided as-is. We work hard on accuracy and correct errors publicly, but we do not warrant that everything is free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Undrafted is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will explain why unless doing so creates a safety or legal risk.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
