Browns Visit Steelers With the AFC North Lead on the Line as Bengals Host Titans

Cleveland and Pittsburgh enter Week 8 tied at 5-2, and the Browns' 1 p.m. visit to Acrisure Stadium on Sunday decides who leads the AFC North. Cincinnati, 4-2 after routing Baltimore, hosts the 1-6 Titans at the same time.

Ohio's two NFL teams kick off at the same time on Sunday, and one of them has first place in the AFC North to play for. The Cleveland Browns, 5-2, visit the Pittsburgh Steelers, also 5-2, at 1 p.m. ET at Acrisure Stadium. The Cincinnati Bengals, 4-2, host the Tennessee Titans, 1-6, at 1 p.m. at Paycor Stadium. Both games are on CBS.

The Browns arrive on a two-game winning streak that has reshaped their season. Cleveland beat Baltimore 13-10 at home on Oct. 18, then won 27-24 at Tennessee last Sunday. Pittsburgh shares the division's best record, so the winner on Sunday leaves Acrisure Stadium alone in first place at 6-2, and the loser drops to 5-3 with the second meeting still to come later in the season.

Cincinnati comes in off its most complete performance of the year, a 35-13 win at Baltimore on Oct. 25 that dropped the Ravens to 4-3. The Titans have lost six of seven, including last week's three-point loss to the Browns in Nashville, and they are the only team in the AFC with a single win.

The division picture after Sunday: Pittsburgh and Cleveland at 5-2, Cincinnati at 4-2 and Baltimore at 4-3 means every AFC North team is within a game and a half of the lead entering Week 8. A Browns win and a Bengals win would leave Cleveland in first and Cincinnati a half game back.

Both Ohio teams go on the road in Week 9. The Bengals face the Atlanta Falcons in Madrid on Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m. ET on NFL Network, and the Browns visit the New Orleans Saints at 1 p.m. on CBS the same day. Cleveland and Cincinnati meet twice in the season's final six weeks: Dec. 6 in Cleveland and in Week 18 in Cincinnati.

Records, results and kickoff times are from the teams' published schedules and the NFL's standings as of Friday.
